Love my shelves and trust this company. When my shelves first came in, I had received two of the same side main legs and so I couldn't put it together but I followed the directions on what to do when a part is missing and the sent me the right piece in no time. After I had all of the right pieces, it was easy to put together and fits perfectly in the space that I had it planned for.
